Deite a cebola para um tacho, junte a banha, leve ao lume e deixe refogar até ficar macia. Adicione depois a carne e deixe cozinhar, mexendo de vez em quando, até ficar douradinha. Junte então a marinada e deixe cozinhar, em lume brando, até a carne ficar macia.<br />

<span style="font-size: large;">Coze-se o bacalhau e desfia-se, (colocar o bacalhau num pano da loiça e bater com o rolo da massa), reserve alguma da água de cozer o bacalhau.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">Num tacho colocar o azeite, a cebola, o alho e a folha de louro e leve ao lume até a cebola se desfazer, (vá colocando aos poucos água de ter cozido o bacalhau para não queimar).</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">Num outro tacho, leve ao lume a manteiga, deixe derreter e junte a farinha, mexa bem, junte o leite, as natas, tempere com sal e pimenta e deixe engrossar, por fim junte o sumo de limão.</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">2- Leve ao lume um tacho alto com azeite, deixe aquecer, junte a cebola, os alhos e o chouriço e deixe cozinhar até ficar douradinho.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">3- Adicione o frango cortado em pedaços, deixe corar de ambos os lados, junte as ervilhas e o caldo, tempere com sal e noz-moscada, tape e deixe cozinhar, em lume brando, até o frango ficar macio e o molho apurado.</span><br />
